ABOUT ME

Since I was 15, hospitality has been my way of exploring the world. At 25, I've had the opportunity to work across different countries, speak five languages, and connect with people from all walks of life.

I've always believed that curiosity is one of the most valuable qualities a person can have—something I'd happily credit to Anthony Bourdain's influence. Food, culture, and conversation have shown me that every person has a story worth listening to, and that genuine curiosity is the first step towards understanding someone.

To me, that's the true essence of hospitality. It's not solely defined by luxury hotels, Michelin stars, or perfectly folded napkins. Hospitality is about making people feel seen. Curiosity leads to conversation, conversation builds trust, trust creates empathy, and empathy allows you to anticipate needs before they're spoken. Those moments become memories, and memories are what people take with them long after the experience itself has ended.

That's the mindset I bring into every role, whether I'm managing a team, welcoming a guest, organizing an event, or working in a completely different country or culture. Titles, industries, and locations may change, but people don't. My greatest strength has always been connecting with others, because I believe that understanding people is the foundation of creating meaningful experiences.

I'm driven by new experiences, inspired by different cultures, and convinced that the best part of travel has never been the destination—it's the people you meet along the way.
