As part of AWAWUMOJA's ongoing *Women & Cinema* project, the **Woman Life Freedom Project** was projected at the entrance roundabout of the monumental Hotel Le Majestic Barrière, transforming the iconic location into a powerful tribute to women's resilience, freedom, and the universal fight for equality.

As part of the project, acclaimed Iranian filmmaker Abdolreza Kahani flew to Cannes to give us an exclusive interview and publicly show his support for his portrait featured in the Woman Life Freedom Project. His participation reinforced the project's mission to amplify the voices of artists advocating for freedom, human rights, and independent expression.

During the festival, Luxembourgish actress Vicky Krieps—who served as a member of the Un Certain Regard Jury—visited our Woman Life Freedom installation.
