After winning 1st place for my signature cocktail at the Bartolomeo Scappi cocktail competition in Bologna, I was invited to represent Surgital as a guest bartender at CIBUS in Parma, one of Italy's leading international food exhibitions. Over the course of a week, I showcased cocktail creations while engaging with visitors from around the world—an experience that combined creativity, brand representation, and the fast-paced energy of a major international event.
